BRING to the Kick-Off Pot-Luck

• Pot-Luck—bring one dish to share (with serving utensil)
• Ideas: pizza, fruit bowl, casserole, veggie salad
• A Print Out of the paperwork that is attached-you may want to get a folder or binder to keep your paperwork organized
• Attached are 4 items: the calendar, volunteer budget page, chapter agreement, and confidential health form (pages 10,11,12 of the online application supplement)

WHAT will you do at the meeting?

·         Eat!

·         Meet all the NEW volunteers and their parents

·         Meet VETERAN volunteers and parents, Board members, trainer, and assistant trainers

·         Review the forms that you brought, sign them, and turn them in

·         Review the calendar, fees and fundraising

·         Go over the syllabus for training

·         Learn about the first retreat

·         Hand in a check (no cash or credit card) for the non-refundable deposit-$300.00 and fundraising product installment $331.00. Total amount of check: $661.00.  

·         Receive your first allotment of coffee and chocolate

·         Ask questions and get answers
